As a student of Gurumayi Chidvilasananda and the Siddha path, I have studied avidly the texts of Kashmir Shaivism and the Yoga Vasishta, etc. I have found no deeper or more complete exploration of these extremely profound and invaluable teachings than what I heard on the Spanda Yoga Meditation Home Study Course CDs. Acharya Kedar's CD's are EXTREMELY powerful presentations of Shaivism. Not only were the teachings imparted in stunning breadth with piercing and illuminated understanding, they also transmitted the Shakti of the Siddha lineage. Even after so many years of fascinated personal study, I found that he illuminated subtle aspects of the teachings for me, while simultaneously transmitting Shakti. I consider the CD collection among my most prized possessions and am eternally grateful for them.

I have the Supreme Meditation Home Study course. Acharya Kedar's method of teaching makes some very complex points easy to understand. The CDs are great!
